I was in the Apple Store today with a friend who had to get their Mac Book fixed because the chassis cracked. I was also told that “this happens a lot.” Maybe Apple needs to put some more love into building their laptops instead of using cheap material that is prone to cracks and charging its customers an arm and a leg for it. Anyways, while there I noticed up on the wall, a queue of names for the “Genius Bar.” What surprised me was the massive amount of people in line waiting to get their Apple products fixed. I thought Apple computers just worked? There seemed to be quite a large amount of computers there that just didn’t work. They even had to split up the people who had Mac problems with the people who had iPhone/iPod problems since there were just so many people who were having problems there.
